Automated Workflow Integration with Zapier

We’re excited to announce an update to our Zapier ( integration.

About six months ago we introduced the ability to automatically start workflows from external systems via Zapier. While very useful, we have had many requests for further integration with Zapier.

To that end we're happy to announce an update to our Zapier integration. Triggers!

What are triggers?

Basically Flowmingo will notify Zapier when something in Flowmingo happens, such a workflow being completed. Currently supported triggers are when a workflow or task starts or is completed as well when comments are added to a workflow or task.

What does this mean?

Well, it means that using Zapier, Flowmingo can now integrate with about 500 external applications using Zapier.

What can you do?

  • Automatically create FreshBook, Quickbooks or Harvest invoices when a workflow completes.
  • Update your hipchat or Slack channels when a task is completed or started.
  • Create Zendesk tickets or add a row to a google document when a workflow starts.
  • Add a contact to HubSpot, SugarCRM or SalesForce when a workflow has been completed.

With 500 applications, the ideas are endless.

Flowmingo will "tell" Zapier when events happen. Such as a workflow started, workflow completed, task started, task completed and comment added.
